About this Event

Where do you have the potential to be most successful and engaged in work that you do?

Come as an individual or bring your team!

This program is certified by SHRM for PDC credits.

Did you know that only 30% of the American workforce goes to work each day feeling engaged in their jobs? According to Gallup research, that is the statistic that our workforce reported. Of the 70% of people who go to work each day feeling disengaged in what they are doing, most are not using the talents that they possess to do the job they for which they are being paid. This is costing companies millions of dollars and countless hours of time. It takes so long to hire great people but how do you retain them and keep them engaged in their jobs?

Donald Clifton the Founder of CliftonStrengths stated, “What will happen when we think about what is RIGHT with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?”

Attendees receive a personalized Top 5 CliftonStrengths assessment to discover their strengths and develop an action plan on how to implement those strengths in the workplace and personal life.

This program is an effective employee development tool that will benefit any organization and can be tailored to fit leadership roles, a team environment or individual contributors. Attendees will learn the key strategies and principles required to build on strengths and begin to build a strengths-based plan.

This program discusses issues relating to career management and development, targeting in particular career-pathing options, career crisis and transitions, employee engagement, and where you will find your highest engagement fulfillment in the work that you do.

In this program you will:

  • Identify the work you feel energized by and how you do it.
  • Identify areas that drain you in your work.
  • Understand where you have the greatest potential to be successful in your work.
  • Understand where your strengths can become unproductive and overused.
  • Learn how to communicate the value you bring in the work that you do or in future internal or external interviews.
