Chef Erin Leeds is the owner & concept chef here at Garden Butcher. While Garden Butcher has been a lifelong dream of Chef Erin’s, she has definitely had quite the journey to get here! After graduating from Charleston Southern University with a degree in Business, she then went on to culinary school while simultaneously gathering experience working at Charleston Grill, a 5 star restaurant. Chef Erin graduated from the Culinary Institute of Charleston in South Carolina and further honed in on her culinary and pastry skills (& passion!) at Le Cordon Bleu London. After graduating, Chef Erin traveled and worked for some of the top restaurants in the world including Maialino in NYC, The River Cafe in London and The Fat Duck in Bray, England. Erin then lived two years in Italy running a small restaurant outside of Tuscany. In addition, Erin has worked for the past 12 years as a private chef for families in Boston, NYC, and the Hamptons and is the Executive Concept Chef for Up Inspired Kitchen in Frisco, Texas. As an athlete and mother of 3 young children, she has a strong passion for quality, fresh ingredients and feel-good food for the entire family – that she now gets to show all of you!
Garden Butcher Partner and Pastry Chef, Bari Kellam, has always had a passion for health and wellness. Bari graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and while starting her career after college, she knew she needed to prioritize her health. After finding so much joy and fulfillment in her own health journey, Bari enrolled and graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a certified Health Coach. While dedicating her time to helping her coaching clients embark on their own path of wellness, Bari started baking in her own kitchen for her friends & family and created a new path of her own. Baking healthy treats ignited a new passion and now Bari shares her sweet gift with us here at Garden Butcher!
