Lily’s Handmade Ice Cream Claimed

Delray Beach’s local hand-crafted ice cream shop,

Lily’s, is owned and operated by the Gilinsky Family. It is the dream come true for Ronen and Elise who spent years imagining their ice cream shop. The ice cream is made by the owners’ son, Ori, who spent many hours in the kitchen learning to make the exquisite ice cream served at Lily’s. Only the finest quality ingredients are used to create the delicious and unique flavors. The premium dairy is locally sourced as well as homemade goodies that are added to many of the flavors. Other flavors are inspired by the family’s travels throughout Europe and the fourteen years they lived in Israel.

The Gilinsky family loves collaborating with local business owners who inspire them to make special flavors for their restaurants and sponsoring fund raisers for schools in their community. They are also catering events as well.

There are several classic flavors that remain a constant on the menu as well as fun and exciting flavors that are created for holidays, special occasions and simply on the whim of Ori. Vegan and no added sugar flavors are always available and have become a favorite of local residents and customers visiting the area.

 Lily’s is quickly becoming the favorite ice cream shop destination in the area. Voted Best of the Best in Delray Beach in 2022 and most recently Top 10 Ice Cream shops of the Palm Beaches. The Gilinsky’s hope their customers enjoy their homemade ice cream as much they love making it.
